Our Career Service supports successful career paths from doctorate to professorship or into the professional world beyond the university. In terms of academic personnel development oriented towards equal opportunities and diversity, the University of Wuppertal also relies on targeted support programs and an incentive system to promote young female talent.

The Center for Continuing Education (ZWB) bundles continuing education activities at the University of Wuppertal by providing tailored advice and information materials, including the continuing education brochure, which the ZWB publishes together with the Center for Graduate Studies (ZGS). It provides an overview of the interdisciplinary continuing education courses on offer for students, doctoral candidates, academic staff and external interested parties. For individual advice, students, alumni, academic staff and external interested parties can contact the responsible staff in the areas of General Studies, Studies for Older Students, Guest Students and Continuing Education at the ZWB.
